My Scrapbook Max Review

I recieved a copy of Scrapbook Max in the mail last week and have been playing around with it every since.


Why 5 stars?
Well, for starters it was a cinch to install. After installation I watched a short tutorial and was ready to get my feet wet. I've been playing with Scrapbook Max for the past week and made this album for my niece in less than 10 minutes. It probably would have took less time than that but it took me awhile to find the pictures I wanted to use. Anyway, here's a peek @ the album:




It was way too easy to email the album to my niece. This program is very easy to use and definitely user friendly. What I loved most is the various forms available to publish your scrapbooks. Need to have it printed professionally - no problem, want to send it via email - done, want to make a slideshow and put it on a CD - as my kids say, easy peasy lemon squeezy. Those are just a few to start with. I made a slideshow with the above pages and emailed it to my niece with ease. The program also comes with templates, which are editable. But best of all this program DOES NOT restrict you to the scrapbook items provided with the software. I was able to import some of my own digi items into the program. So if you are new to Digital Scrapbooking or would like to give Digital scrapbooking a try, without spending alot of money, then Scrapbook Max is for you!

Busy Morning......

Good morning, I should have a freebie later tonight or tomarrow for you. Just finishing it up. Anyway, while I was taking a break I was stumbled upon a new product that is available from Salon Grafix. They’ve got this new shampoo that doesn’t require any water to us it. That’s right, it’s a spray powder shampoo. How cool is that? I sure could have used some this morning, we all got up late. My older girls manage to get out of the house in record time to catch the bus. But my youngest, well we managed to get there as they were closing the door to the classroom. Whew! Anyway, if I had a bottle of Salon Grafix Spray Powder Shampoo on hand this morning it probably would have saved me some time. I think having a bottle around for emergencies (or when I’m on the go) would be a good idea, plus this Spray Powder Shampoo is supposed to clean and refresh your hair in between normal shampoos. It easily brushes off, leaves your hair vitalized, there’s no white powder, no oil residue (that’s a plus, my hair has enough oil as it is) and leaves your hair clean and shiny. And to top it all off, they’ve got four different versions of the dry shampoo to match different hair colors (like black, brown, blonde and even silver).

I've already gotten all of my Christmas shopping done. But I do have a few B-days coming up soon. I'm thinking about sending this Merry Wheel of Oreos® to a dear friend of mine. Book Review - Dark Poessession

{Book Review - Dark Possession}

Okay, so I haven't done a review in a while. But I just finished reading this book last night: DARK POSSESSION by Christine Feehan. I have to say I enjoy this book alot. Manolito and Mary Ann are great together. This is my second favorite book out of the whole Carpathian series. My first favorite is still DARK CELEBRATION. I can't wait for the next book. I hope it's about Manolito's brother Zacharias. His brief and powerful apperance in this book has got my curiosity about him peaked.
