Freebie {PinkuPixie - Spring Frame#1}

Well it has been a busy couple of weeks. I've had so many ups and downs that my heads is still spinning. I got my spring cleaning done. Yah! Cleared out the inside and outside of the house including the garage. But we still need to re-arrange the garage. My car is fixed but will have to go in again tomarrow to have the bushings or something replaced. MY DH car is still broke, he's waiting for the part to come in. You know what else I bought a new microwave about a month ago cause the old one just stopped working, we'll guess what the new one is broke. I am so mad, I dished out extra money to get a better one. I had mentioned insurance @ the checkout line but for some reason DH thought we didn't need it. LOL! anyway now we're suppose to try and get it fixed but if it cost too much to do that then we'll just get a new one. But to top it all off. I had to get a new computer. My PS just stopped working properly. (The password for freebie is free1frame2 )So DH got my a new one which I'm starting to like. (I hate learning new things) Its got Vista on it and I was using XP, but I'm starting to get the hang of it. Oh, my girls and I made some cards over the weekend. We used templates from PaperCraft inspirations latest mag, issue 47 May 2008. But you can also go to their website and download the templates too.

My youngest made this box card for Grandma's birthday. She had her oldest sis draw the cat for her then added some die cut grass.



My middle daughter mad this one for Grandma's birthday, she used a template for the cat from PaperCraft inspirations, along with some black wire, mirco eyelets and mini flowr brads.



I made these. This one is for my mom's birthday.



This one is for my friend, she just bought a new house.



and this one is for my sis for her birthday. Used some of the leftover bits from my youngest's Easter Bonnet, she made awhile back.



These box cards fold down flat for mailing.

Freebie - April Desktop Wallpaper

Someone asked where the Easter Bunny hid the eggs. Inside the house of course. We usually do it ouside in the back garden, weather permitting.
Someone else asked if the eggs are hard boiled, yes they are. My girls peel and eat some of the eggs with salt and pepper or HP brown sauce. The rest I make into egg salad sandwiches.

Whew! What a week...

Well first I'd like to wish everyone "Happy Easter"!


My Kitty, what a ham!

Well we woke up to a visit from the Easter Bunny as well as snow! LOL! What a nice surprise. Firt time I've had a White Easter:

I manage to make my girls their Easter Baskets this year. I was going to buy them, but when my DH and I went shopping for them they were all just horrible. Plus my girls are older now and the stuff in the baskets were for younger kids. Here's how they tunred out, below if before:

And here is the after. I used my scrapbook ribbon stash, and the left over bits from my daughter's Easter Bonnet project.

Which brings me to my daughters Easter Bonnet. She worked really hard on it, so today we made a 2-page layout of it for her scrapbook:

Freebie {PinkuPixie March Wallpaper}

Well, I woke up today thinking I had a headache. I just took my temperature and have a slight fever. Not good. My DH is sick again right now. My youngest and I just got over colds. I so don't need to get the flu bug. Which is what I believe DH has. He caught it from work. So now we are going to go through round 2 of being sick in this house. Ugh! Well I hope that, just like last time, my other 2 don't catch it. I really hate being sick, it plays havoc with my asthma. Anyway here's this month's wallpaper.
