Freebie {PinkuPixie August Desktop Wallpaper}

Here's this August's wallpaper. It's been sunny off and on here in the UK. I 've tried to enjoy it while I could. Which led me to make this month's wallpaper. I was thinking that lemonade would be real nice to go with this sun. I hope you like it. I've included the instructions in the zip file. Since its less of a hassle for me to zip all of the wallpaper's into one zip, I'll be doing this from here out. Oh and here's a link to make your own "Old Fashion Lemonade", recipe is very simple, quick and easy. So here's the preview for August's wallpaper:

Freebie { Zoo Spirit Collab Kit}

Hello, everyone! I have a fantastic freebie for you today. I decided to participated in a huge Collaboration with some fellow ADSDesigners (48 not including me, if I counted right). That's 5 more designers than last month. Below my download links is a list of links to other designers who participated. I struggled with this month's color scheme, but I did enjoy making my bits for this collab. Everyone had already jumped on doing cute animals. So I had decided to do some patterns instead but that but pretty much done too. So in the end this is what I ended up doing, I hope you all like it:

everything is saved @ 300 dpi, papers are in jpg format and everything else is png format.

Hello All! Been a busy little bee...

Hi everyone, well I know I've been MIA. I had a hectic last week. My girls finished school yesterday and are out for the summer. Yippee! But I'm still 2 weeks behind in my lessons, sigh! I need to stop procrastinating and get my stuff done. My birthday was on the 21st and my 11th Anniversary was on the 19th. Yep! they're back to back. DH got my a network hard drive, 1TB, for my birthday/anniversary :o), just what I wanted. And to top it off he made me some Lemon cupcakes with Citrus Icing that are allowed on my diet. See below. Boy did I enjoy that cupcake alot.

Anyway moving along.... on my birthday my DD came home early due to her asthma acting up. We picked her up then stopped by the store, guess what. This lady scraped our car. Funny thing is the lady's car was still parked next to ours. We didn't know at first it was her car that damaged our, but while in the process of calling the police, we noticed on her rear right bumper was paint transfer from our car. I guess she didn't know she did it. Anyway, police came , we started filling out a report, while we were doing that, the police went into the store to find the lady that owned the vehicle that damaged ours. Guess what happened next. I turn around and the lady is driving off in her car. The police had to chase her down by foot. Can you believe it. And yet, my DH apologized for this whole mess taking too long (we filled out the report twice, they wanted more detail). I thought he lost his mind when he did that. See pic below. Its not a good one cause the sun was out. Its like 13" in length and 3.5" in height. I'm curious how much this will cost to be fixed...hhhmmm

PinkuPixie Mystery Freebie

Hello everyone! Well DH and I took the girls to the Imperial War Museum in Duxford on the fourth of July. We saw lots of planes, tanks, other WWII vehicles and various WWII memorabilia. There was alot to see. We even saw a B-17 actually flying in the sky (the top 3 pictures below). After seeing this my DH wants to go back later and book a ride in the Tiger Moth, Dragon Rapide or Warbird. (the password for today's mystery freebie is 70864Bp1@!nL ) I think he should do the Tiger Moth since the also let you take the controls. I think I know what to get DH for next year's Annivesary. ;o)

Freebie {PinkuPixie July Desktop Wallpaper}

Here's this July's wallpaper. Unfortunately I won't be online @ all tomorrow due to the scheduled power outage, which is going to suck, the powers out from 8:30 am to 5 pm. So I went ahead and scheduled this to launch. If for some reason I messed it up, then I'll repost it on July 3rd unless the power is still out (hope not) So I am rushing to get this posted and scheduled before I go to bed tonight (Jul 1st). I've included the instructions I usually post, in each zip file. Oh and since I am pressed for time, I have zipped all 3 wallpaper sizes into one file. So here's a preview for July's wallpaper, I was aiming for something less July 4th/patriotic, but ended up with this:
